Retreat Schedule and Information

All Catholic Engaged Encounter (CEE) Retreats span the duration of a single weekend (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon) and include the attendance of Mass. Retreaters are required to stay for the duration of the Retreat to obtain the Certificate of Completion.

Registration closes ten (10) days prior to the weekend, and payment is due at the time of registration.

We offer Overnight Retreats with included accommodations and Day-Only Retreats as defined below.

Overnight Retreats

Overnight Retreats are scheduled at the St. Bernard Abbey Retreat Center in Cullman, Alabama. Overnight accommodations are included. Women and men are housed separately with two participants per room. Breakfast and lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday, and dinner will be provided on Saturday.

Cost: $360 / couple

Note: There is not a Day-Only Retreat option or reduced cost at the Retreat Centers, regardless of whether you choose to select other accommodations.

Day-Only Retreats

Day-Only Retreats are scheduled at various parishes within the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama and do not include accommodations. Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday, and dinner will be provided on Saturday.

Cost: $210 / couple

Payment Information

Payment can be made by PayPal or Venmo. Full payment is required at time of registration.

NOTE: No engaged couple will be turned away for inability to pay. Please contact your priest or the Registration Coordinators to discuss having a scholarship arranged before you register.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations include a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refund will be given if cancelled on or after the Friday, two (2) weeks before the Retreat.

Retreaters may reschedule to a different Retreat if requested at least two (2) weeks before the Retreat for no additional fees as long as the Retreat cost is paid in full.
